What does a property manager do?
You are often far away from your home, so it is especially important that the party to whom you entrust the care of your second home is reliable and keeps appointments. It may seem like an open door, but practice often shows that this is not so obvious to every property manager.
Every two weeks, we check everything in and around the property and report back. We oversee garden and pool maintenance: are any repairs, improvements or major renovations needed? We coordinate all this and keep you constantly informed.
Inspection
We check your home at least once every fortnight. Think of your electricity, water, gas supply, cleaning and more.
Extra service
These services add comfort and luxury to your holiday. Think of a babysitting service, catering, organisation of activities and more.
Coordination
This offers a number of additional services related to your upcoming stay in your home, such as cleaning, an airport pick-up service and more.
Garden management and pool monitoring
This service provides proper guidance and control of general maintenance for your garden and swimming pool.
Cleaning
This service can be purchased by you in the way that suits you best. You can decide on the frequency of cleaning.
